Novatron has chosen a new approach to Quality Control. Instead of checking the quality after finishing the labels and producing a final inspection sheet only, Novatron is acively tracking and monitoring the quality of the products during each and every process, from the incoming inspection of the raw materials to the finished product. Based on these precedures an extensive SPC (Statistical Process Control) database is generated.				Novatron is spending substantial amounts of time, money and effort to run this extensive Quality Management. At the end of the production process for each and every roll of labels a set of reliable statistic parameters is available and is easily retrievable  from the QM Database by using a unique tracking number for each and every label roll. This is very special in the EAS Industry having the ability to just printout during packaging a precise quality statistics for each of the label rolls packed, specifying Frequency, Deactivation Height and Q-Factor and even Reactivation Time.
		For each and every machine used during the production processes of the labels a set of comprehensive frequency charts for all quality determining parameters is continuously being generated. The comparison of the specific parameters related to each of the machines provides the basis for more detailed analyses using Cause and Effect Diagrams.
