RFID AL Etched Antenna

The Fragile Anti-counterfeiting Antenna, similar to a regular aluminum etched antenna, is produced using printing and etching processes. The difference lies in the addition of a layer of fragile material between the aluminum layer and the PET layer. This antenna is characterized by its easy destruction. When applied as a label on a smooth surface such as glass, bottle caps, or tables, and then peeled off, the material shatters irregularly, making it impossible to remove the label intact. This ensures the label is destroyed and difficult to be copied or reused. 

Furthermore, a special adhesive is utilized to prevent heat transfer during secondary processes, providing true anti-counterfeiting capabilities for electronic tags. It is particularly suitable for anti-counterfeiting applications in the tobacco, alcohol, automotive components, and other disposable product industries.
