Fire Safety in Action: Novatron Conducts 2025 Emergency Drill

To comprehensively strengthen corporate fire safety management and improve employees' fire safety awareness and emergency response capabilities, on May 22, Novatron, in collaboration with Zhongtai Subdistrict Emergency Fire Safety Management Station, conducted a systematic and practical fire drill training.

Every Second Counts   Orderly and Efficient

As the alarm suddenly sounded, thick smoke quickly spread, and the atmosphere on-site became tense. Employees from various departments evacuated swiftly through the safety evacuation routes.

When encountering thick smoke, use a wet towel, clothing, etc. to cover your mouth and nose, bend over low, and quickly and orderly evacuate the office area.

Fire Safety Training Empowering Knowledge

After the evacuation drill, staff from the Zhongtai Subdistrict Emergency Fire Safety Management Station provided us with professional training on fire safety equipment.

Members of our company's fire safety group also explained the correct usage of fire extinguishers. Employees listened attentively, observed carefully, and occasionally asked questions.

Practice to Prevent Hazards

After gaining a deeper understanding of fire safety equipment, employees stepped forward to engage in practical drills, reinforcing their judgment of fire intensity and the standardized application of fire extinguisher operation distance and spray angle.

Following the methods learned in the training, everyone quickly picked up a fire extinguisher, calmly pulled out the safety pin, held the nozzle, aimed at the base of the fire, firmly pressed the handle, and sprayed dry powder to extinguish the fire.

Through this practical drill, employees not only experienced the fire extinguishing process firsthand but also transformed training knowledge into muscle memory, achieving the crucial transition from "knowing" to "doing" amidst raging flames and thick smoke.

Review and Summary to Consolidate Results

After the drill, the head of the Zhongtai Subdistrict Emergency Fire Safety Management Station provided professional feedback on the overall drill process of Novatron.

Human Resources and Administration Manager Ren Zhenghua stated that Novatron will conduct regular fire safety trainings to ensure every employee can proficiently master evacuation and fire extinguishing skills.
