Novatron Launches TPS Efficient Lean Production Project Management

Novatron will fully launch TPS project management work in July and officially start pilot operations from today, making thorough preparations for the upcoming changes.

The TPS project management team will include RFID Division Manager Dai Zhihong and EAS Division Manager Ma Yanli as TPS task force executives, Technical Director Xu Jianhua as TPS project technical advisor, Process Engineer Huang Judian as TPS quota technical support, and TPS Effectiveness Specialists Qian Caixian and Ji Shanshan assisting with the work.

TPS management, as an advanced management model, focuses on eliminating waste, optimizing processes, and improving efficiency, with the goals of enhancing product quality, reducing costs, and increasing corporate competitiveness.

To ensure that TPS management takes root in our company, Novatron will conduct pilot work first, exploring a TPS management path suitable for Novatron through practice.
